About Me

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in couples and relationship work. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University in 2017 and began my career supporting foster families and children. I worked with parents on reunification, adoption, and navigating the complex emotions that come with parenting, including leading parenting groups for single mothers.

After opening my private practice, I had the pleasure of working with incredible couples and individuals. I temporarily paused my practice to raise my two children, an experience that gave me firsthand insight into the joys and challenges of parenting and long-term relationships. I’ve been in a committed relationship for 16 years, and navigating both its challenges and triumphs has deepened my understanding of what it takes to build a lasting, fulfilling partnership.

For the past few years, I have been working almost exclusively with couples. I combine professional training with personal experience to help couples remove roadblocks, break unhealthy patterns, and build stronger communication and connection. I’m honored to support your relationship whenever you’re ready.
